Meet Erin

Erin, a licensed North Carolina Broker, offers a unique combination of real estate expertise and investment knowledge in the Triangle area. Her interest in real estate began in childhood, inspired by home construction and an early exposure to architecture. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Erin moved to North Carolina in 2000, pursuing studies in Child Development and Psychology. Her dedication to supporting children with special needs highlights her deep commitment to helping others.

Transitioning from case management to real estate, Erin reignited her passion in 2017 by becoming a Project Manager for a local investor. This experience paved the way for her to earn her North Carolina Real Estate License. Erin currently holds multiple investment properties including short term, mid term and long term rentals. Defined by her dedication to her clients, Erin’s insights from managing home rehabs and her empathy from working with special needs children make her a standout advocate in the real estate industry.

Living in Fuquay Varina with her family, Erin is affiliated with premier real estate groups like the National Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®. Erin is amazing.

I believe that so much that I have worked with her as my realtor twice now.

She made the purchase of our first Raleigh home such a smooth process and was extremely communicative and great at explaining every step of the way. Property purchases are inherently stressful, but her ability to take that stress off of our plate and allow my family to focus on the move rather than the sale was amazingly helpful and appreciated.

We unfortunately had to move away from our lovely home after a couple years due to personal reasons and reached out to Erin again to help us sell it.

Same story applied. She delivered yet again with her highly professional, personable, and efficient skill set to streamline a process that would normally be very nerve-racking. She kept us updated on all aspects of the sale. Our home was officially on the market for a single day when Erin had multiple viewers lined up that same morning, fair offers by the evening and under contract quickly and painlessly.

During the negotiations, she walked us through everything and was available any time we needed and 100% responsive within reasonable timeframes.

I cannot say enough about how great Erin is and 100% recommended her for anyone looking to buy a home in Raleigh. And after my second experience with her I can confidently say I can again 100% recommend her if you’re looking to sell your home as well.

Wow, Wow, WOW! 🤩 Where do I even begin? Working with Erin felt like hanging out with a new best friend (who happens to be quite knowledgeable about the housing market!!). Erin is a rock star!! We were blown away by her professionalism and attention to detail! Buying a new home/property is stressful enough and trying to keep up with all the communications between builders, lenders, sales teams, warranty companies and others is a nightmare when you are trying to get through a work day. I appreciate Erin putting on her project management, or should I say, people management hat to make this an effortless transaction for me and my family. She kept everyone involved in the loop and asked for details/updates when things were not moving as planned. Things that even myself and my wife missed along the way! Erin was amazing every step of the way. She sold out home in Holly Springs in just three days. Her advice on pricing our home was spot on and gave us the result we hoped for. Finding our new home was not an easy task. Offers were made and rescinded. She handled the negotiations professionally and we were able to get our deposit back. She is patient with us as we continued to look. Finally we found a home we liked but she directed us to another home in the same neighborhood that she thought would suit our needs better.
